cancellation policy
SUGARED sends out a reminder text 48 hours before your appointment, so please adjust your appointment at that time if needed.
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please understand that “no-shows” and late cancellations are an inconvenience to both our estheticians and turned-away clients. When late cancellations and no-shows happens, our estheticians miss out on the possibility of filling the appointment time, and other clients lose the opportunity to receive services.
We know traffic and weather conditions can be tough, but please arrive to your appointment five (5) minutes early. If you do not show up for your appointment within 5 minutes of your reserved appointment time, we will need to consider that a “no-show”… unless we can fit you in before the next appointment or with a different esthetician. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no problem! We just ask that you give us 24 hours notice as a courtesy to your esthetician and to avoid any cancellation or no show fees.
As a courtesy to our clients, we typically try to send text confirmations about 48 hours prior to your appointment. However, even if we are unable to contact you or you do not receive a confirmation text reminder, the appointment for your service(s) will remain booked. It is your sole responsibility to remember your appointment time and to adhere to Sugared’s rescheduling and cancellation policy.
General Cancellation Policy
Sugared strictly enforces its 24-hour cancellation policy as a courtesy to our staff & clients. No-call no-shows will have the full balance of their scheduled service charged to their credit card or added to the next appointment, at SUGARED’s discretion. Rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours will have half the balance charged.
