Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so please understand that “no-shows” and late cancellations are an inconvenience to both our estheticians and turned-away clients. We know traffic and weather conditions can be tough, but please arrive to your appointment five (5) minutes early. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no problem! We just ask that you give us 24 hours notice as a courtesy to your esthetician and to avoid any cancellation or no show fees.
